WELDER-ASSEMBLER MIG • TIG • Flux Core Location Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures (Quebec) Job Type Permanent, full-time – 40 h/week Salary $26 to $33/h, depending on experience Schedule Day shift – 3 schedule options available The Position You will participate in the assembly and welding of metal components intended for custom projects. The role primarily combines the assembly of sheet metal parts and various welding operations. Main Responsibilities · Weld using MIG-MAG, TIG, and Flux Core. · Assemble and weld sheet metal parts. · Work with thin steel (approximately 1/16 and sometimes 1/32). · Perform mechanical assembly of components. · Read and follow assembly plans. · Manufacture and inspect panels, moldings, and other metal components. Desired Profile · Training in welding-assembly, piping, boiler making, or other relevant training. · Experience in MIG-MAG / GMAW / TIG welding. · Attention to detail, reliability, versatility, and a concern for quality work. · Experience in assembling thin metal products: an asset.
