Your Main Responsibilities

Floor and Warehouse Management

• Load and unload equipment and parts using a forklift or loader;
• Maintain the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and safe;
• Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment;
• Ensure proper equipment placement in the yard and warehouse.

Parts and Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and ship parts parts;
• Organize, identify, and optimize storage spaces;
• Maintain up-to-date inventories of parts, supplies, and equipment;
• Monitor stock levels and place necessary orders;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of inventory management procedures.

Service and Operations Support

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure parts availability and adherence to deadlines;
• Plan and coordinate work orders;
• Perform some light mechanical work on the equipment;
• Manage warranty claims with suppliers;
• Follow up on customer orders;
• Participate in the development of the parts department and, eventually, advise and sell parts to customers.

✔️ Organized, independent, and resourceful

✔️ Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

✔️ Attention to detail and thoroughness in work execution

✔️ Good team spirit and communication skills

✔️ Interest in mechanics, the equipment or technical service

✔️ Experience in warehousing, inventory management, service, or mechanics (a significant asset)

✔️ Valid driver's license (required)

✔️ Forklift operator's license (an asset – training available)
